Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Each piece is crafted by hand and inspected for quality before it leaves our studio. Orders typically take 5–7 business days to prepare and package. If an item is made-to-order or requires custom work, processing may take a bit longer; we’ll note any expected delays on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you need faster shipping or have a specific delivery date in mind, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
No — we currently do not ship internationally.
Return Policy:
Since all of our pieces are custom and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Once we receive the images, we will review the damage and work with you to create a replacement. Replacements are made to match the original order as closely as possible; because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.
